Job Posting - Communications Coordinator
The National Native Addictions Partnership Foundation is currently seeking applications for the position of Communications Coordinator. The NNAPF Head Office is located on Muskoday First Nation in Saskatchewan.
Knowledge, Experience and Competencies:
- Diploma, certificate or degree from a college or technical school in Communications or Education, Continuing Education or other related disciplines or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate various types of correspondence
- Experience in media relations, especially in preparing press releases, briefs, and determining the most effective ways of communicating key messages;
- Ability to keep current with technology, innovative marketing techniques, and communications trends
- Ability to research, write and edit a variety of different materials;
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with various computer software such as, word processing and desktop publishing;
- Bilingual in English and French is a requirement.
- Aboriginal ancestry would be an asset (First Nations, Inuit or Métis).
Salary will be based on the successful applicant’s education and work experience.
